Few years back I had planned to purchase a flat in Goa, I had heard about P.D. Kamat builders and just happened to go to their office to check out on available flats.I saw the plan and was very much interested in buying a flat. I was taken to the site and pretty much liked the way things were going. I was given a stage wise payment plan and the required documents were shown to me. I was also directed to the concerned person in case i needed a loan. The builders gave me the aprox month that I will be getting the possession of the flat. During that time I was kept updated on the stages of completion and the payment due. I wasn't pressurized to pay on time, though all payments were made before taking possession of the flat. As and when I have been to the office I have been taken to the site to see the progress of the construction. On possession I was asked to check the flat in case of any complaints. Even the minor complaints of mine were taken care of.
